Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped via, Royal Mail or freight carriers in the case of larger items. Delivery to mainland UK is included in all our prices.
Over 90% of orders are dispatched within 48hrs. Typically you will receive your order within 3/4days, but we ask that you allow up to 5 working days (10 days non orders) from receipt of your order confirmation.
If any items are out of stock, we will let you know by email as soon as possible. We will inform you of an estimated date when we will endeavor to complete your order.
Delivery Schedule
We know that reliable service is important to customers. That is why we offer:
STANDARD (MAINLAND UK) - Up to 5 working days from dispatch.
OTHER - , IoW, IoM, Scottish Islands , etc. up to 5 working days.
In certain circumstances we may upgrade the delivery service to meet our target delivery times.
ALL ORDERS ARE DELIVERED DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS. A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS VIA CARRIER.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU INSPECT GOODS ON ARRIVAL BEFORE SIGNING FOR THEM. ANY DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and have a full refund.
